The staffs especially in reception were very attentive and accommodating to all request. Generally we are satisfied happy staying there. I will come back to this hotel and definitely will recommend to friends and colleagues.

The location(close to the beach and quite a few highly rated restaurants and bars), the swimming pool in the backyard. The front desk ladies, Wendy, Libby and Jen, would go extra way to make your stay a pleasant one.

Great location, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and they offer free transportation into the old town. All the staff were excellent, so friendly and servant all of the time. Talking us through nearby trips, best food places and routes to the best nearby beaches. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. We even booked for two extra nights as we just had such a great experience and definitely one to remember throughout our travels around Vietnam. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.
