Not great. Did my experience here ruin my vacation? No. Can they do better? Yes. I gave an 8, so I didn't completely ruin their score (because I do believe they can improve), but really a 7 would have been more fitting. Pros: Location; walking distance to beach through cute alleys. Walking distance to restaurants and bars in the area. Easy to get a Grab to go into Hoi An. Very clean inside and out. Housekeeping every day. The housekeeper was lovely & friendly and was clearly doing her best. They tried to fix every issue as they came up. Garden had lots of nature. Inside the room is very cute and charming. Cons: No manager on-site any day we were there, so communication was through WhatsApp (delays in response + misunderstandings) Posting inaccurate: does not accept credit cards (caused unnecessary stress and confusion when we were checking in); no minibar that I could find, full address not available unless you message the manager. Quality control/general upkeep of the place: shower drainage is poor, sink stopper is broken, toilet was leaking a little, there was a problem with a light in the middle of the night (we were able to move to the opposite room for the night after I called the manager, but again, it caused unnecessary stress), safe is not bolted so serves no purpose, extra bed is permanently in the room even if you don't want it (kind of annoying to walk around it every time you come in) Breakfast is quite light. Like I said, none of this ruined my vacation, but there were too many issues that caused unnecessary stress and ruined the value of the place.

Stunning Property in a quiet street close to everything you need. Little piece of paradise to relax and enjoy this stunning part of Vietnam. Large and modern designed room which felt like a home from home. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Ms Hai was always there if needed anything and works hard to make sure you have everything you need. Fully recommended!
