The hotel was beautiful and the facilities were amazing. The spa was so luxurious. It was also just a short walk into town.

Ruby greeted us at check in and was available throughout our stay to help us with information, orientation, booking excursions and hotel facilities. This really helped our stay in Hoi An and was deeply appreciated by the family. Each morning, hotel customer experience would check in at breakfast to ensure everything was OK which was a nice touch. Breakfast choice and quality was exceptional and I would recommend the hotel's massage service. The pillows were super comfy and the bed decoration was awesome too.

A beautiful boutique hotel not far from the historic Old Town of Hoi An. From arrival to check out, nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. The room was beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the air con cold and welcome! The breakfast in the dining room is extensive and delicious and the coconut coffee is unforgettable! But the biggest asset this hotel has are its staff, they make this place the outstanding hotel that it is. Every single person we encountered was so lovely and friendly and helpful. I’d say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Will recommend to everybody!
