The staff were lovely and friendly, very welcoming. The location was stunning and magical - perfect for seeing the northern lights if you are lucky enough. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive to keep it fully stocked. We weren’t fortunate enough to experience the hot tubs and sauna as we arrived later in the evening during a snow storm but the facilities looked nice. Staff communication before and during the stay was amazing and was kind enough to acknowledge it was a birthday visit with a glacier view room and a birthday message.

We had an amazing stay! Glad to see also aurora lights at the spot! Great stay overall. Very clean, beautiful locations, hot baths & sauna is a must.
