The fine print
Once you have made a booking at Kruger Cliffs, we require a deposit payment of 50% of the booking total if booked 31 days or more prior to the check-in date. This deposit must be settled within 24 hours of the booking being made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If your booking is within 30 days prior to arrival, we require payment in full within 24 hours of the booking being made.
If your booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival then the full balance is due Immediately.
Payments can be made by EFT or (credit) card. If you opt for the latter, we are able to send you a secure payment link on request.! Important note about booking our 2-bedroom/bathroom cottage (Turaco):
When booking our 2-bedroom/bathroom cottage with children, children are charged child rate and they will be accommodated on the living room sleeper couch. If guests would like their children to be accommodated in the upstairs bedroom, the children will be charged adult rate (regardless of their age). Note that the upstairs bedroom is not suited for small children.
When booking our 2-bedroom/bathroom cottage for 2 people, only the downstairs area with main bedroom/bathroom will be accessible (the 2nd bedroom upstairs will be locked).
When our 2-bedroom/bathroom cottage is booked by 2 people who each want their own bedroom, a supplement for single occupancy will be charged.
If our 2-bedroom/bathroom cottage is booked for 2 people only, and we get a request to host a larger group, we reserve the right to move them to one of our 1-bedroom cottages.
General remark: We reserve the right to move guests to another cottage than the one they originally booked as all our cottages are of the same high standard.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Mira & Jochen are the sweetest hosts ever. They both made sure to be there to deliver the morning breakfast and for any other question we had. The privacy we had during our stay was so precious. The facilities are neat, clean and very comfortable. The view from the terrace will stay with us

Few places have every captured our hearts like Kruger Cliffs Lodge did. The place is absolutely beautiful and serene, with everything kept spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the lodge was very beautiful — a sight I’ll never forget. We truly loved everything about our stay. In fact, I think this was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in the last two years of traveling. The owners, Mira and Jochen, are such wonderful people — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention to Nickolas, the chauffeur they arranged for us, who was also a genuinely lovely person. You all made this trip unforgettable. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! This will be our first choice whenever we return. : )
