Okkkk ! No breakfast. Said breakfast ncluded but were informed by staff it is not included. At the price we paid for acc’dation it would have been a great bonus. We understood and no big deal but the advertising should be changed. No complaints.

It was nice and clean and value for what we paid. Only comment would be that all the A4 notices detract from the look.

Would like to recommend that a larger fan be available during the summer season, the small ones do not cool the room

Great location and staff. Room and bathroom were lovely. Really quick with estate access code and that was nice and easy to use. Only received notification that no air con only fan and no hob only bbq after booked and was too late to change. We left after day 2 of 3 for a property with air conditioning as it was so hot. Good value for money 👍
