what I liked most about the property is, first and foremost, the staff members! I had the pleasure to meet Megan, Nadia & Aisha who were the nicest, most welcoming & helpful people 🤩 they always went the extra mile and out of their ways to ensure that my stay was the bestest possible. thank you so much ladies! 💝 I also liked the location of the hostel, it’s very central and within walking distance to the most important points of interest (salamanca markets, ferry, museums, woolworths, nightlife) 👍🏼 I would also like to mention that the people who stayed at the hostel were so friendly & great to hang out with. maybe I was just very lucky

First and foremost: The staff members are exceptional! Megan, Nadia and Aisha were sooo nice, friendly and kind, super helpful and always went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied during my stay. Need to borrow a sleeping bag? No problem! Want to extend my stay? No worries! Leave my backpack in the storage room for a bit? No issues! Also, the location is just so good! Walking distance to Woolies and the Skybus coach stop, the Salamanca Markets, downtown.. I had such a great time at YHA, I will make sure to book myself a room there next time I visit :)
