Great place to stay for a few days - comfy beds, pillows and shower. Breakfast was lovely - lots of choice and wonderful coffee. Its a mix between a hotel and you can make tea/coffee or a salad. No access to a washing machine. Long beach - a short walk away is lovely or you can walk into central hobart.

It was lovely to stay in a beautiful house. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room using the antique furniture.

Can't fault them ! We booked the basic room and it was so comfortable. The location is perfect, its on a main Rd but you wouldn't even know when inside. You don't even know there are other guests until breakfast when you see them. The breakfast was fresh and lovely. Lovely weekend away! Thank you Rivulet!

Wonderful period building, beautifully restored by the current owners. The room was very comfortable. Fantastic selection at breakfast with excellent service. Good location.
