Excellent location for this very good budget option in Hobart’s best suburb. Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The shared bathrooms (for the budget rooms) are kept perfectly clean. There are separate men’s and women’s bathrooms and toilets. Coffee, tea and toast available self-serve in the breakfast room, which has a lovely view down to the water.

Beautiful historic building from the 1840s that also houses a bar and a restaurant. Rooms were clean, and, even though it says "Shared Bathroom", every room has their own toilet and bathroom right across the hall, which also seemed to be newly renovated. Nice location in a quiet residential area.
