A beautiful and incredibly good value place to stay! Both the air conditioning and hot water work perfectly. You can find pretty much things you need in the room, from kitchenware and various seasonings even toys for kids. The host is very warm and friendly! If I come back to Hobart in future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosehaven Cottage! It had everything we needed, plus more, which made for a really comfortable stay. We really appreciated having the second lounge room so that my mother and father in law were able to have their own space of an evening. It was very kid friendly also!

Ted’s cottage is so beautiful, check in was seamless and location was great, as was Ted’s communication. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and everything you needed to whip up a meal. I would absolutely book here again next time I’m in Hobart. Thank you Ted for hosting us.

Excellent clear communication with Ted. Plenty of space and room for the whole family. Many thoughtful touches, two complete bathrooms and an extra living area. The deck and barbeque area are superb. Easy walk to North Hobart, city centre is more challenging so having transport would be an advantage.
