Got a upgrade deal on on B.com but were apparently upgraded on the upgrade on arrival to a top floor (8th) one bedroom apartment. The apartment is probably one of the best we have stayed in Australia! The views of ‘the mountain’ and the Derwent were great and there was a balcony (we didn’t make use of it as it was midwinter). Very spacious, immaculately clean, huge bathroom with bath and large separate shower. Staff were lovely.

I love how clean this hotel is. I stay here often for work and everything is within walking distance. The restaurant is great and staff are friendly. You can't go past this one for value, cleanliness - always consistent.
