Staff were very accommodating - I was travelling to assist someone who was spending a night in hospital and had to rebook a room at the last minute when hospital changed their plans. Staff were kind and understanding. Conveniently located. Easy to get to and from the car park behind the hotel with a wheelchair.

Very good location in the city centre, good parking options either in Argyle Street close by or behind the building in another car park.
