Grosvenor Court provides fully self-contained spacious studio and 2-bedroom apartments as well as 1 x 3 Bedroom House. Some apartments are located on the ground floor, while others are located on the upper floors and are accessed via stairs only.
Other nearby attractions include Salamanca Place, Battery Point, and Constitution Dock. Wrest Point Casino and the University of Tasmania are also just minutes away.

There is 1 car parking space per apartment. If you are staying more than 8 nights, the apartment will be cleaned once per week. An additional single bed can be added at a cost of AU$20.00 per night to accommodate a 3rd guest. Please note not all apartments are on the ground floor. The property has a strict 'No Party Policy'.

It features an open plan kitchen and dining on the ground floor, which looks out to a private courtyard. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a wall oven, stove top, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. Also located on this floor are 2 living spaces, separate bathroom, toilet and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms. Please note that there is no off-street parking for this house. We stayed for 1 night in their deluxe room that is good for 6 people. We are pleased with the apartment. We we're able to cook and our stay was comfortable. It is also budget friendly. It is good to stay here if you want good price and comfort.

Close to Sandy Bay shopping and dining area. But lack of cooking amenities in the unit. Coin Laundry and only available during day time when most of us are out. Staircase access is your stay at the upper floor. Clean and comfy though.
