Location brilliant for the Docks in Hobart and markets and other things but Communication with host below par. Issue with the lockbox on arrival. Had to get a bloke from the pub to try and help me to open it and he couldn’t for 30 minutes. Finally forced it open with the woman on the phone telling us to push harder which wasn’t great. Fortunately I had stayed there before so I had Wifi but there was no information at all in the unit on how to operate anything all including the Wi-Fi codes. I checked all my emails and there was no information there either. Or about rubbish etc . Interestingly nothing came through the Booking.com app which is where I normally get emails just through my private email. Had some issues on December 31 and rang the number given and there was no answer to this day. No one has ever returned my call which was disappointing. Apartment very solace with no windows etc but was appropriate for my needs and I was happy enough. However, I was not happy with the lack of communication with the company and their information. Had made a basic request pre-arrival which was never handled in any manner or form except by a form response . Very disappointed given the price.
