The room was quaint, exactly as advertised and was clean and comfort. Thee was adequate off street parking but imagine this might have been a problem if all the rooms were full.

Fantastic location 5-10 min walk from Salamanca. Huge comfortable room with views out over bay in beautiful Battery Point. Great value for money

We loved the location, the view of the sea and Sandy Bay from the deck, the spacious room, the on-premise parking, and the warm staff. It is a brief walk to Salamanca Place where the Saturday Market is. We get to see Arthur's circus and the beautiful and historic Battery Point neighbourhood en route to the markets/wharf. This is such a lovely building in Battery Point, very much worth the stay.

Was in a beautiful location, quick stroll to Salamanca, close by restaurants and pub at battery point, although slightly hilly, very enjoyable. Room was clean and had the option of room being serviced daily. Manager was so lovely and helpful.
