Woodworm making noise the whole night and mosquitoes. The swimming pool with hot water has some problems. Food is not good enough comparing with the prices

We stayed at Onsen retreat for 3 nights. The location was amazing, it was set back and really peaceful and picturesque. The buildings were beautiful and it felt like a special place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful

We had the best stay at the Onsen Retreat. The property is stunning and the food is great. Big thank you to Eddie and the owners for making our stay perfect as it was a special occasion for us. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time here in paradise.
