I think this place is great value for money. I was staying in the smallest room however I had no issues with that as I was exploring HCMC. The location is a bit tricky though, taxi won’t take you there. Local people helped me to find it.

Cheap, very basic, good location with many food options. The guest house is inside a small street where you can feel the local vibe. The place is small and dark and hard to ventilate, but the price beats it.

Brilliant location in district 1, easy walking distance to all the major sights. It was good to be in a local area, loads of local food and drink options close by Rooms were basic but had what we needed Bottles of water provided and big containers on the landing where you could refill bottles Owner was very friendly

Small but very cozy little place in a back alley. Simple small room with bathroom, everything is superbly clean and the host are very friendly. I had to book very short-notice and it was no problem at all. They had a room ready for me within half an hour! The neighbourhood is great. The area surrounding the room is quiet but within a short walking distance you have loads of great restaurants and street food stalls. Downtown short walk by foot or via Grab.
