Very cheap budget room, basic and perfect for a night in Ho Chi Minh, hot water and ok bed, small room but for the price can’t complain. Owner always had a smile and it is very good location. Also has a lift which is useful for many bags

perfect location in the centre. On a good street full of restaurants and across from an underground mall/market. good if you are on a budget, we extended our stay here by a night. The owners were really friendly:) also has a lift which is very helpful
