A good place to spend 2-3 nights. Great location with parks. Good mattress. Water heater. Good price for early booking. Satisfactory bathroom.

I had a large room with a window. Very comfy bed, best pillows I've had in 7 months of travel. Excellent controllable shower, good sized shower room, very effective aircon, 37° outside but my room was cool.. There's a shared kitchen for guests' use with induction hob, microwave, rice cooker, kettle and fridge freezer, bar stools to sit on. Outside an attractive terrace with many plants, plus a roof terrace on the next floor. The owner is really helpful; booked taxis, suggested walks and shopping, found me a garden chair so I could sit outside and shared her home grown coffee for me to try. Her dad helps out too, although he doesn't speak English, he's friendly and cheerful. Security very good; code entrance, solid floor to ceiling gates.
