We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment. The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was excellent - 25m long so you can swim properly! There is also a decent gym. The breakfast was good. The apartment was very spacious and clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is good, close to the main tourist attractions. There is a mini-market on site which was helpful.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff for their outstanding assistance during my stay in Vietnam. They were incredibly helpful, calm, and supportive. Special thanks to Jerry for going the extra mile. Thanks to Vivienne and Phong for helping.Their professionalism and kindness truly made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Aside from the excellent service, the hotel itself was also a wonderful place to stay. The environment is clean, cozy, and very well maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, strategic location, and great facilities like the swimming pool. It was the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return in the future!
