This hotel was our first for our travel in Vietnam and it was fantastic, and fantastic value! We had a 'front' room, looking out to the river. (Floor 5). A comfortable size, great bed and shower. Love the rooftop pool! Included breakfast had a good selection and always perfect delicious omelette made fresh. The staff, always friendly. The 7-11 shop literally right beside was handy for the snacks and cold drink stock up.

I have never been so disappointed with a reservation made through booking. I do my homework well, I read all the reviews, I look at all the photos in detail so that there are no surprises. When I made this reservation the score was above 8, today it is already at 7.9. Honestly, I wanted to give it a score of 1, but I'm not being unfair. The hotel is not bad, my problem is feeling cheated. This is by no means a 4 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel. And it would be an 8 for 2 stars. The decor is modern and the location is excellent. But the photos are not realistic so I’m writitng this so that no one is fooled like I was. There is no air conditioning in the hotel's common areas. The pool and breakfast area is much smaller than in the photos and the furniture has nothing to do with the photos. The breakfast in my opinion is shameful for a hotel that claims to have 4 stars. The pool is dirty and to make the experience worse they went to clean the pool when they saw we were there and cleaned it with us inside during the afternoon. And the entrance is not what you see in the photos either, there is a 7/11 supermarket at the entrance to the hotel which ends up bringing people together on the street at night and makes it look bad. The staff were polite but the service is well below average for Vietnam. We slept well, I have no complaints, but it is not worth the price paid at all. Very disappointed.
