This is a very nice hotel in central Ho Chi Minh City, well placed to explore the city. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Edith at Reception and Harvey at the bar. The hotel is clean and the rooms modern. Breakfast is excellent and free Afternoon Tea a bonus.

There were a lot of things to like about the hotel from the hotel itself to the staff. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see and do and we had a nice view of the River from our room. The room was very clean and beautiful. We needed to use the laundry service due to the unexpected rain and the staff were very helpful and the service was very quick. Breakfast was very good, and it had a lot of variety. The High Tea was also a great addition which we really appreciated and enjoyed during our stay. Some of the facilities including the pool and the sauna were undergoing renovation so we could not use it, but Edith - one of the staff members - provided us with alternative location options. She also gave us very helpful suggestions on where to go and what to do during our stay in Ho Chi Minh City All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Edith and Kimi for their kindness and their help from the start of our stay all the way until the end I will be definitely returning to this hotel when I come back to Vietnam again
