“In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the corona virus, our property may request additional documentation from guests as followings: An application of having at least 01 dose of COVID-19 vaccine that has passed 14 days from post-vaccination, or a certificate of negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours of arrival is required. For fully recovered Covid-19 patients, please kindly provide a certificate by Medical units, or a sufficient antibodies confirmation as prescribed (Both of these certificates are not over than 6 months).Additionally, for foreign arrival, a certificate of finishing the centralized quarantine period and self-monitor is also required upon check-in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent room (Governor Suite - at a great price), with a separate living area. Bed was perfect and staff were always helpful and courteous. Breakfast staff were particularly great.

We returned to the Rex after a week on Pho Quoc and the staff on reception recognised us and greeted us accordingly and asking about our trip, great customer service. Again I can't recommend this hotel enough.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the buffet breakfast had a huge variety of options to choose from. We loved happy hour each evening on the roof top bar and the view was fantastic. One of the best things about The Rex is its location - it is so central, and also its history. We walked to the War Remnants Museum and the Ben Thanh market, and it is just across the road from Nguyen Hue - the pedestrian street. There are also two big, modern shopping centres very close by. We organised transfers to and from the airport and when we arrived we were met by a representative from the hotel, I feel very bad that I cannot remember her name, who was very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at The Rex again.

From the moment we entered the hotel until we left all the staff from reception to the chef's were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. The room was large and airy and again had everything you needed and was kept clean by the staff. We found the location exactly what we were looking for, in the middle of the city in amongst bars and restaurants. We only opted for the breakfast only option and what a treat that was, you could get anything you wanted, although some of the dishes on display weren't what I would like for breakfast, but there was more than just us there :-)
