Truly 5-star service, beautiful and majestic communal spaces. Check-in staff Pinky and Mia were amazing. The pool was beautiful and breakfast & lunch buffets were exceptional.

It's a very grand building, the entrance is astounding with a historical and sophisticated feel. The Staff are beyond exceptional!!! We were treated like royalty, by every staff member. The best treatment on the 10 day trip all throughout Vietnam. I can't remember everyone's names but Finn stood out the most for us. Perfect for couples. The pool, gym, steam room, sauna, breakfast area was top notch!!!! Bidet toilets with heated seats, large sized room, bath and showers with excellent pressure and lovely river view from our room. I wish we could have stayed longer! Luxury 5 star kept to an immaculate standard of cleanliness.
