The service at the hotel was excellent! The staff were nice and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast buffet was good, with a lot of choices. In room dining was quick and good. The pool area was definitely the best about this hotel. Would come back next time im in Viet Nam. Tina

The cost of the food was very expensive compared to the Lottee and the Vinpearl. It would be a good idea to let guests have the buffet at night excluding the seafood. You could put a wrist band on the people having the seafood. The pool and bar at night fantastic, the DJs were amazing and the bar staff wonderful, food was fantastic. We have stayed with you twice and not been disappointed.
