- Hotel provides to all in-house guests complimentary shuttle drop-off service from hotel to famous attractions in Ho Chi Minh City on various timings. Kindly note the shuttle service capacity is limited therefore advance reservation is required- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
- For bookings that require prepayment before arrival date, we kindly request that you present the same credit card used for the prepayment upon check-in.
- For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card or contact us for online payment link.

Staffs are excellent. Room is spacious. We got an upgrade and the room is very nice. Location is in the compound of shopping center including restaurants so it is very convenient.
