For the price it is definitely exceptional value. Nam in Reception is a remarkable and caring human being. Always smiling and helpful. He is one of the Hotel's best assets.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Definitely value for money. Staff was lovely (Ann at reception) and helpful. Overall a very positive stay.

The bell captain at the reception lobby, is awesome to the core, sorry forgot his name. Guy with a smile always, happy to help evey guest. Front office guys are also great at all times.
