I had a nice stay here. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has everything you need: air conditioning, hot shower, towels, and more. The location is also convenient, close to everything but still quiet.

The staff are incredibly kind here and I'd hate to say anything negative about the space based off this alone. I really appreciated their kindness and help. Free bananas were great every morning. The location is also super great, probably the best spot in HCM to be. The onsite laundry service was fairly affordable too compared to fees charged elsewhere.

Very good location, in district 1, close to the main city center, city park, walking street, all cafes and even city sightseeings, city buses. Budget small guest house at reasonable price. Very good, cheerful and helpful host - helped a lot to book a transfer bus to the bus station. Hot shower worked very well. Free drinking water and bananas every day.

I have stayed here before, staff are great. Location is good, the back alleys are charming. Room is small but excellent value. It might not suit everyone but it was good for my needs. Water available, convenience.
