I loved almost everything about my stay at Au Lac Charner. It's location is great, the hotel itself is beautiful and all the staff in the reception were super service minded and friendly. The room was also large and comfortable with nice decorations.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—huge thanks to Daisy, Kent, Tommy, and Pho for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable The buffet breakfast is a standout, offering a fantastic spread that caters to all tastes—everything from Western classics to flavorful local Vietnamese dishes. It was the perfect way to start the day The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to Saigon Centre, boutique shops, and countless cafes. Highly recommended!

My husband and myself loved the hotel. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The location was perfect. The facilities were great. Will definitely recomend this hotel.

The lobby and room were gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. Place was clean which gives me a lot of peace of mind and air-conditioning was good. The pool lounging area is also nice for just chilling out. Location is fantastic with lots of easy food and marts access around.
