Very good location, amazing breakfast buffet and helpful staff with excellent recommendations for restaurants / cocktail bar just next to the hotel. I loved the variety of snacks and teas/coffee available in the room, the beautiful decoration, authentic atmosphere and all the efforts made to an eco-friendly hospitality.

We’ve just finished a 5-week trip, staying at various places along the way—and I can honestly say this was the absolute standout when it came to customer service. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. It was our birthdays during the trip, and ohhh my—these wonderful humans made it perfect. Thoughtful touches, genuine kindness, and that rare kind of service that feels heartfelt, not forced. We had a minor hiccup with the hot water, but their response was nothing short of amazing—so accommodating, quick to resolve it, and always with a smile. Breakfast each morning was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and a lovely way to start the day. Of all the accommodation we’ve experienced, this was hands-down the best in terms of warmth, care, and customer service. A huge thank you to the team—you turned our stay into something truly memorable.

I had a fantastic experience at Amanaki Saigon. The hotel is stylish, spotlessly clean, and located in an ideal spot — right behind the Bitexco Skydeck Tower making it easy to get around the Main Square. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Linda, who went above and beyond during my stay. I booked the Executive room, which was spacious, well-maintained, and came with a bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was both modern and cozy. One of the standout features was the natural herb-infused amenities. They added a refreshing and thoughtful touch that really made the stay feel special. The only area that didn’t quite meet the same high standard was breakfast. The selection and quality could be improved to better match the overall experience. That said, I still highly recommend Amanaki Saigon and look forward to seeing an upgraded breakfast offering on a future visit.

Location is excellent... very close to Sky Deck and Saigon river front as well other tourist attractions.
