Small but perfectly formed. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Staff super friendly helpful and although the food menu looks basic the quality is superb. But the location is the real reason to visit. Just stunning and a taste of what it is to live on a an Icelandic farm.

We had a great one night stay in Dalahyttur, the surrounding ist amazing, the rooms brand new, warm and comfortable. The hosting woman is amazing, and so were dinner and breakfast. We had a delicate storm that night, but we fehlt secure and cosy.

A warm welcome, all the comforts and more, a luxurious cabin in the fields...curious sheep and ultimate vantage point for viewing the Aurora Borealis. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the bed was a dream!
