Location is near to train station. Premise is new. Staff is friendly and can speak English well. Spacious room.

Everything about this hotel oozed class and comfort. The breakfast room was special, as was the food and the service. The location needed a bit of uphill 'huff and puff' from the nearest tram stop, but it was not excessive. Even though the hotel is a few kilometres from the centre of Nagasaki, it was very well located for getting to Glover Garden and the tram system made getting around very easy.
