One bed is in an area that can be closed off with sliding doors, like a bedroom, unlike many accommodations in Japan which have many beds in the one studio room. This worked very well for my 13 year old daughter who values her own space. Having the street car stain right across the road makes this very convenient for heading into Hiroshima or to the Miyajima ferry. There are several good local restaurants and an Onsen complex in the neighborhood within a few minutes walk.

It's a brand new apartment, very clean and large. It has all the comfort. Silent and quiet neighborhood. There are supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Also good access to public transportation.

The room was actually an apartment, not a big one, but it was more than enough for us. It was clean and pretty close to a train station.
