I stayed for 2 nights in early May. Location is great, close to the city center but far enough to not be too crowded. The room itself was good and pretty spacious. Staff was very helpful and spoke english. Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of variety. Good mix of Japanese and Western style breakfast. Convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel, very convenient.

Quiet rooms with soft-closing doors and drawers. Good buffet breakfast with decent selection for western guests - really helpful breakfast room staff. Easy access via buses & trams to major attractions. Laundry facilities were a lifesaver. Plenty of local eating options close to hotel in Hatchobori.
