It was very conveniently located that we could easily take the trains. The room's size was all right, but a little on the small side for our comfort. We had to ask the staff to remove a bulky chair to make space for one of our suitcases.

Location, Location, Location. Super convenient being at the Shinkansen (bullet train) station. And also at the hub for trains/trans to Peace park. They are well organised for baggage storage for those that arrive before check in or want to explore after check out. Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent

The staff was super nice and efficient and always willing to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious. And the location was amazing to get anywhere.

Great location as just walk from the station. Also the bus station is right outside. Nice open spacious lobby with a raised lobby lounge area. Beneath this is the evening bar. Breakfast restaurant is on the next floor and offers a very good breakfast selection. On the 2nd floor there is the Chinese restaurant which is also a nice place to have a value dinner. We were on the 16th floor with a good view across Hiroshima. They provide daily water. We had a double which was good with a good bathroom and shower.
