Great location, free tea and coffee, nice staff lady (man didn't speak to us), good air con in the bedroom and individual beds, baggage space available (though I imagine not if it was busy), free bread and jam, lots of random toiletries, very nice clean shower, hardly anyone about.

Good location, curtains in pods, could store luggage after check out, bathrooms and showers were clean. Free breakfast (bread & jam)

The hostess speaks perfect English and was so kind and helpful! I... left one of my bags in the Shinkansen, and she helped me out for easily 30 minutes to find who call etc. I couldn't thank her enough. The location is perfect. Not a sound during the night. And it so cheap. It worth it money! And little cherry is the bread in the morning. For free.
