The staff was the kindest staff. They got us a carp shirt because they knew we were gonna see the baseball match. Truly very kind man.

Bathroom and share rooms weren’t clean enough… however self check-in and check out + luggage deposit was very convenient

Everything was nice and clean. Very comfortable covers and pillow, but have to get used to the Japanese matress!
