After a less than happy experience in 2019 I took my business to another hotel chain in Hiroshima. This year I thought I would give the ANA Crowne Plaza another go and was very impressed. Will use them again next time we visit Hiroshima. Well done to all involved in the improvements.

One of the trainee staff spoke very good English and was a great help to us. The room was spacious for Japan. The restaurant buffet dinner and breakfast was great.
