Guests will need to take a bus from JR Takayama Station.The property offers shuttle service to/from the property and Hirayu Bus Terminal from 15:00 onward. Please call the property prior to your arrival and reserve your shuttle. Property staff will pick up guests from the ticket counter at Hirayu Bus Terminal.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

An absolutely breathtaking experience, the most relaxing stay we've ever had anywhere. It's definitely not cheap, but if you want to treat yourself to a once in a lifetime experience during your trip to Japan, this is the place to do it. It's a haven of peace in the mountains, the private onsen in the room is an amazing amenity, and the food was the best we had in Japan. The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful and we left completely relieved of any stress.

Exceptionally quiet and peaceful place with delicious food in the room (NB this is priced extra to room cost) and we chose a room with a private onsen - which was very warm and fed by a natural source. Luxurious traditional Japanese experience.
