Beds were comfortable and heater was right noise level. The hottub was really nice to have. Breakfast was a nice touch.

The room was clean, spacious and warm! The breakfast options are 10/10 and delicious. Pet fee is $25, which is very reasonable, and easy access to have our pup go in & out as needed.

The breakfast is delicious. Staff is all so friendly and helpful. We had some leftover food and one staff member made a big effort to help us bring it home, they found a plastic container from the staff room and cleaned it for us. The kids love the pool. The rooms are really big and comfy and the kitchenette in the family suite is stocked with the basics you need. Overall very happy we stayed here for 2 nights during our Jasper Ski tri. Saved a lot of money and had a really great comfortable time with the family and friends. We will be coming again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
