very clean, lovely room, great location opposite the beach. friendly staff. Livadh Beach overall is a great spot, not overrun with tourists. lovely beach with sun loungers .

Excellent hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The whole place was spotless. Our room overlooking the pool even had a washing machine for us to use. Plenty of parking out the back. Great restaurant as well Entirely recommend.

Just Wow! Clean rooms, friendly service , beach just in front of the hotel beautiful and clean, close to everything (if you have a car) . The restaurant was gorgeous, and Mikli and Franci made our stay and absolutely delight! We have found our favourite place in Albania and we will be back soon !
