We had a wonderful stay in this iconic hotel. Perfect location for exploring the coast and for having a nice drink in the bar, or just a nice chat in the bar area with comfy sofa’s and a lovely view of the bay.

Gorgeous location that is easily reachable by public transport from Lerwick. The owners are very, very friendly and invested in the place, working hard to make it last another lifetime. The food was delicious too. Well prepared and fresh. We had lovely chats with both the owner, locals and other guests. The place really calls for good conversations.

Quiet location near to the north of the island, around 1 hour drive from the airport. Lovely sea views from the bedroom and dining room Very friendly staff Nice buffet breakfast with standard items Fantastic locally caught seafood served in the restaurant, We both had huge locally caught plaice Comfy bed

The staff were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. The location was fabulous over looking the bay. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed.
