What a find! Tranquil setting yet handy for local attractions. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a good size en suite plus there is a large residents’ lounge overlooking the gorgeous rear garden and countryside. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and the service very friendly. It seems like the hosts have thought of everything. We’d definitely stay again.

Very friendly hosts. Knowledgeable and very easy-going. Great location for being so close to Sandringham. Breakfast was really good and plenty of everything. Great choices too. Lovely homemade jams etc.

The location was perfect for our visit to Sandringham. The owners were really friendly and couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay. We had a lovely welcome with tea/coffee, biscuits and a conversation about the locality and possible places to have an evening meal. We had the use of a lounge and garden, which we enjoyed with our friends. The rooms were immaculate, had tea/coffee making facilities and home made biscuits. Breakfast was plentiful and served at a time that suited us well. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, peaceful house.
