Airport Transfer Information:From Terminal 5, use bus 423; from Terminals 2 and 3, use bus U3 (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in Terminals 2 and 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge, and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Centre, which is located opposite the hotel.Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at the roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4; the hotel is one mile on the left.From the M4, exit Junction 5 and follow signs for Hounslow and Central London. The hotel is 2 miles on the left-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.From Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the hotel is just 5 minutes away. Driving out from the terminals, follow signs for the A4; after exiting the airport tunnel, turn left and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath Road. The hotel is situated 200 yards up the road on the right-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.The hotel offers unlimited complimentary internet access for guests (512 Kbps), and there is a 2 MB connection available at an additional charge.All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night. This amount will be held for accommodation and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.Credit card pre-authorization : As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorize your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorization declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability due to limited spaces.Kindly note that the car parking height is 1.9 meters.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. I originally asked for a room with walking shower and was indeed offered one. However when we got to our assigned room, we discovered it had a bath and shower with a non slip surface and grab rail. We were too exhausted from our travels to return to the desk and in fact the bath/shower felt and was safe even for 2 people with limited mobility. At check out the shuttle bus came before we could pay. Your employee was very kind, asked the shuttle to wait and she finally assured us she could take payment via our email.

The staff were exceptional. Just friendly, prompt and helpful in every interaction I had. It’s also walking distance from both hertz and europcar car hire returns, ideal for drop off then Heathrow then next day.

Great location close to the airport. Comfortable bed, very clean room, modern bathroom, lovely bath sheets! Food in the bar restaurant was superb.
