The location was good, i.e. near Heathrow and M4, staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean. The gym facility was available.

Location to the airport was really good. Local transport used to get the to and from the airport which was much cheaper than using a taxi. Facilities were great, very modern and restaurants were very reasonable and tasty. Great customer service.

A very modern interior that had a great atmosphere. Vindie was excellent at check in even though it was very busy, she effectively navigated the process with a friendly, calm manner. Outstanding for a trainee.
