Really cute and lovely owner of the guesthouse. Quiet neighbourhood but the owner kindly let us use his bicycles which we used to cycle to the castle!

Breakfast was garlic bread with coffee, it was good! I also forgot an item when I left the property during check-out, and the owner of the hostel was quick to inform me before I reached the train station.

The accommodation has a cozy home-like atmosphere, the host is very nice and welcoming. Would recommend to those who prefers homestays with a personal touch over large hostels. The facilities are also clean and the bed is very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from the lake side and the hikone castle.

The guest house was super cozy, and the interior decor in the cafe was very nice. The owner was very kind and let me borrow a bike, which was super useful for getting around the area. The kitchen had the necessary equipment and a perfect place to enjoy my dinner and breakfast. Overall I had a good stay.
