The location is great, tucked away in a small alley but very close to the beach and restaurants. The fan and aircon work well although aircon is very noisy)

It was located in a very nice area, beds were comfortable, check in was easy, the place where the hotel was located was very pretty and green.

We stayed for one night as it was a transit stays for us. Location is very good, the patio is arranged and clean - we enjoyed it. The rooms are simple and clean. There are no bugs inside (or just very few- so no issue with that or geckos). The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are pleasent - do not expect luxury but it was very confortable. AC working well. We had breakfast which was good (tipic sri lankan breakfast: eggs, bread, butter, gem and a fruit fresh). The family is very kind and nice!
