Very nice property at perfect location. Privat beach just two minutes away! Town is 2km. Owners speaks perfect English and greeting you in person, so no issues with communication at all. Kitchen is a bit tired, but the rest of the place is very good, with comfortable beds and pillows and good/ new air con system. Staff is good and helpful. Will recommend this place , definitely worse the price!

Let's start with the location of the villa. It's just great that it's not in the city center. There's no crowds or cars. The distance from the villa to the beautiful sandy beach is about 60-70 meters. The beach itself is superbly cleaned, it was a pleasure to relax there. There were a minimum of people. Often we were alone there. Even if someone came from neighboring villas, no one bothered each other with their presence, since the coastline is large. On the shore there is a small diving center with instructors, boats and equipment, as well as a small cafe where you can order food and drinks. You can get to the center in 5 minutes by rented scooter or tuk-tuk, as well as by a regular local bus for 20 rupees per person. The villa itself pleased with its exceptional cleanliness, size, comfort, good interior design and convenient arrangement of the premises. From morning to evening there was a young man who was almost unnoticeable, and who took out the garbage that had accumulated during the day, swept and washed the floors, cleaned the rooms if needed, and in general, always helped when asked. Special thanks to him for this! HUGE thanks to the owner of the villa and his team for their cordiality, responsiveness and hospitality!!! They are all wonderful, sincere people!

What a gem of a find. Found this amazing villa through booking.com. Kaminda (host) immediately got in touch with good wishes and maintained contact throughout offering a full support and assistance. Pleasantly surprised when we arrived as to how clean and spacious the villa was. Everything and anything you wanted was there. Kaminda has a charming personality and is ethically driven judging by the waste disposal containers he had (plastic, trash, organic). The kitchen was fully equipped but we didn’t get to use it as we arrived late and left the next morning. We had 2 large en-suite double bedrooms and 2 other similar bedrooms were available. Kaminda kindly allowed our driver to stay there which was a godsend and for free! The villa is walking distance from Hakiduwa beach with its pristine white sands and turtles and if you are into diving, Kaminda is your man!!

Staff is superb, warm and welcoming. The owner organized transportation from airport. Everything on time and no surprices on agreed prices. Good communication. Modern design, close to the sea and a beautiful sandy beach, kitchen, fridge. The breakfast on the roof is a winner. We travelled 5 youth and 2 adults, sharing the 2 floor appartment. We rented the 2 Identical floors having 2 doubble beds on each floor and added obe peraon on a sofa. Its possible to have breakfast on the roof with oceanview for a fair price, american and Sri lankan.
