Shaan was an awesome host. The place is nice and clean. Very green. We saw a mongoose family, which is very rare and beautiful birds from the rooftop. It's about 500m from the bus stand. The beach is a little walk but not too much. I would definitely stay here if I visit Hikkeduwa next time. Highly recommended.

very nice place near to the city and beach but hidden in the nature. The property is vety nice, beautiful garden, terrace, nice people..😌 just the room was very hot without AC, and downstairs very often any insect can come in, but well.. we are in Sri Lanka😄🧘🏽♀️ polite and helpful owner balanced everything. In the end I really enjoyed my stay😌🌴🏄🏽♀️ #thankyou

Really nice room, beautiful surroundings of the house (plants all over the house), the balcony, very good price for the conditions, good location, there is a little kitchen, I asked the host if they can provide me a desk to work and they easily agreed! WiFi is not great, but enough for normal usage

It was nice not being in the built up tourist area but still a short stroll to the beach & shops. The host was lovely & very helpful

Accommodation was a really good value, as the room was bright, seemed new, had a beautiful private balcony and bathroom was really nice. Fan was working well and sockets were universal, good for travelers. Loation is like 10 minutes walk from the train station and the main road where all the caffees are, however, it is also very calm and peaceful location.

The location was good. But if you have a car or bike better. Otherwise it is 10 min walk. The owner is very kind. The plants they have put and the way around the property is very beautiful . We had a car and it was very comfortable to be able to park there. The room is spacious and clean. And the fact that it has a kitchen and friedge is good . A lot of birds around in the morning. Nice small terrace with access directly from the room. Very quiet ambience.
