The property is clean and spacious. The breakfast is very delicious and we look forward to it everyday during our stay. Above all the service is excellent. The service staffs were so caring and kind. They even went the extra mile to change our plunge pool water with lesser chlorine for my daughter who has sensitive skin. When my family and I were at the beach, the lifeguards were just looking out for us as it was quite a stormy weather. The level of care, concern and kindness we got from the staffs was exceptional! This is definitely the best hotel in Sri Lanka and we are looking forward to our next visit!

the room was really nice and clean bathroom was nice as well, the kitchen had everything you need for a comfortable stay and most beautiful was the plunge pool, really nice and relaxing with a absolute beautiful view of the ocean, the staff were so friendly and helpful, absolutely loved the stay and fully worth for what we spent, definitely coming back to crystal sands
